PUBLIC LAW AND COMMUNITY CARE
Abbott’s Martin’s Community Care department advises and represents clients who require support, care, treatment or accommodation from social services and the NHS. We challenge failures by institutions and organisations that have a duty to help. This may include situations involving failures by Social Services and the NHS to properly assess and provide for an individual’s needs, withdrawals of services and changes to care packages, and those whose immigration status prevents them accessing the care they need, such as failed asylum-seekers.
The team at Abbotts Martin has vast experience in pursuing remedies and redress for individuals through the Courts, including High Court claims in judicial review.
